Penalties
Penalties for rape by instrumentation are severe. If you are convicted of rape in the first degree, you face a minimum of five years in prison. But you could also face up to life in prison without parole. Okla. Stat. tit. 21 § 1115
If convicted of rape in the second degree, you can face up to 15 years in prison. Okla. Stat. tit. 21 § 1116
